Our firm handles a variety of real estate-related disputes, including actions for specific performance, landlord and tenant, land use, restrictive covenant, nuisance, condominium, cooperative and lease disputes. Our real estate transactional practice is focused on representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations, and developers in the acquisition, financing, development and rehabilitation of commercial properties, devising tenant relocation strategies, and negotiating affordable housing proposals with local government officials.

We represent partners, shareholders and limited liability company members who have disputes with the other members of their professional or business organization. Our work in this area focuses on representing lawyers and business people who want to withdraw from or restructure their partnership or who have disputes with their partners. We also provide advice on partnership formation and partnership agreements.

INSURANCE COVERAGE.
Drawing on our many years of experience representing a major insurer in complex insurance coverage disputes where hundreds of millions of dollars were at stake in environmental antitrust or asbestos liabilities, we represent policyholders in property and liability insurance coverage disputes.
